Account Access Setup

Follow the two videos below to grant us access to your accounts.

Step 1

 

Follow the instructions in the video to grant Ad manager, Facebook page, Instagram account, and Pixel access to Kwadwo’s personal email: iknowq @ gmail . com

(Not the business account hello @ theartofonlinebusiness . com).

  1. Your ‘Business Settings’ page https://business.facebook.com
    • (If you have multiple business accounts, select the account you’ll be granting us access to.)
  2. Click on the left menu panel and look for ‘Business settings.’
  3. Click on ‘Users’ then ‘People.’
  4. Click on the ‘Invite people’ button.
  5. Enter my email address, iknowq @ gmail . com then click ‘Next.’
  6. Toggle on ‘Manage’ under ‘Full control’ then click ‘Next.’
  7. In the ‘Select asset type’ column, select either ‘New Pages Experience’ or ‘Classic Pages’ and check on your Facebook page.
  8. In the ‘Assign permissions’ column, scroll down and toggle on ‘Everything’ under ‘Full control.’
  9. Click ‘Ad accounts’ in the ‘Select asset type’ column.
  10. Select your ad account.
  11. In the ‘Assign permissions’ column, toggle on ‘Manage ad accounts’ under ‘Full control.’
  12. Click ‘Pixels’ or ‘Datasets’ in the ‘Select asset type’ column.
  13. In the ‘Assign permissions’ column, toggle on ‘Manage events dataset’ under ‘Full control.’
  14. Click ‘Instagram accounts’ in the ‘Select asset type’ column.
  15. Check your business Instagram account.
  16. In the ‘Assign permissions’ column, toggle on ‘Insights’ and ‘Ads.’
  17. Click the blue ‘Invite’ button.

1. Open a browser, like Google Chrome, and in the address bar type: business.facebook.com and hit Enter on your keyboard.

2. Click on the drop down on the left menu bar, then select the page you need to share access to.

3. Click ‘Settings’ on the lower left corner on the left menu bar. Then click on ‘Business Settings.’ This will load a new tab.

4. On the left menu panel, click on ‘Partners.’ Then click on the ‘Add’ button under the section that says ‘Partner to share assets with.’ This will load a popup.

5. In the text box, enter Kwadwo’s Partner Business ID: 384267549082746 then click on the ‘Next’ button.

6. On the ‘Select Asset Type’ section on the left, either click on ‘New Pages Experience’ or ‘Classic Pages,’ whichever one shows your business page. Select your business page so it has a blue check mark.

7. On the ‘Task Access’ column on the right, toggle on ‘Content,’ and ‘Ads,’ which will automatically turn on ‘Community Activity,’ ‘Messages,’ and ‘Insights.’

8. On the ‘Select Asset Type’ section on the left, click on ‘Ad accounts.’ This should load your ad accounts. Select on your ad account radio button so it has a blue check mark. Toggle on the ‘Manage Ad Account’ on the right column so the toggle button turns blue.

9. On the ‘Select Asset Type’ section on the left, click on ‘Catalogs.’ You may not have this, but in case you do, toggle on ‘Manage Catalog.’

10. On the ‘Select Asset Type’ section on the left, click on ‘Pixels.’ Select all the pixels so they have a blue check mark. Toggle on ‘Manage Pixel.’

11. On the ‘Select Asset Type’ section on the left, click on ‘Instagram accounts.’ You may need to login to your Instagram account. Click on the ‘Log in’ button. This will load a popup window where you can log in.

After you’ve successfully logged in, select your Instagram account so it has the blue check mark. Toggle on ‘Content,’ which automatically turns on the other options, and toggle on ‘Insights.’ 

12. On the ‘Select Asset Type’ section on the left, click on ‘Domains.’ Select your domain so it has a blue check mark. Toggle on ‘Manage Domain.’

13. Click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.

 

Step 2

 

Follow the instructions in the video to add Kwadwo’s business (Business Manager ID: 384267549082746) as a partner on your Facebook Ads Account. You can also use this guide document to follow instructions.
