Onboarding Ad Access

Account Access Setup

Follow the two videos below to grant us access to your accounts.

Follow the instructions in the video to grant Ads manager access to Kwadwo’s personal email, iknowq@gmail.com (Not the business account hello@quayjo.com).

Your ‘Business Settings’ page https://business.facebook.com/settings/people
(If you have multiple business accounts, select the account you’ll be granting us access to.)
Click the blue ‘Add’ button
Enter my email address, iknowq@gmail.com
Toggle on ‘Employee access’
Select ‘Ad accounts’
Click the circle button next to your ad account (in the middle assets column)
Toggle on ‘Manage Ad Account’ under ‘Full control’
Click the blue ‘Invite’ button
Click the ‘Add Assets’ button to the right of ‘Assigned Assets’
Select either ‘New Pages Experience’ or ‘Classic Pages’
Click the circle button next to your business page (in the middle assets column)
Toggle on ‘Manage Page’ under ‘Full control’
Repeat steps 9 – 11 to give me full control on your Instagram account.

Follow the instructions in the video to add Kwadwo’s business (Business Manager ID: 384267549082746) as a partner on your Facebook Ads Account. You can also use this guide document to follow instructions.
