Days 2 – 3. We’ll create and post a job description that weeds out the wrong applicants and attracts the right ones.
Days 4 – 8. We’ll vet the potential candidates. You never have to open that inbox.
Days 9 – 12 Paid trial projects, built from real work in your business. We pay for the trials.
Day 14. You get two or three finalists, each with Jamie’s writeup on how they did, and you interview them.

How good is their English?
Written English is strong, which is why the trial project is written work from your business. You see how they write before you ever talk to them.
Who pays the VA?
You do, directly, monthly. We cover the trial payments during the search and hand you the payment details at the end.
What if I don't know what to delegate yet?
That's the first call. Most people arrive with a vague sense that they're doing too much, and we turn it into a role with defined tasks.
I hired badly before. Why would this go differently?
Because nobody reaches your calendar without finishing a paid trial on real work from your business. Around seven in ten applicants never turn it in, and that's the whole filter.
