I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process. 

Today I want to talk about a question that someone posted recently in our Optimized CEO Facebook group: how do I automate leads and sales without spending any money on ads?

Ads will accelerate your growth, but if you don’t have a budget for them right now, you have to start by attracting and building an audience of your perfect customers. 

This is about being super clear on who you serve and what problem you solve for them. I’ll tell you right now that doing this work is time-consuming, but if you put in the work now, it will pay off later. 

You will also need a consistent content strategy.

I’m going to dive deeper into these in the episode so that you can start getting more leads without spending any money on ads.
