Do you have a solid onboarding process?
So many of my students struggle with this in their business, and to be honest, I struggled with this too!
As CEOs, we often have to slow down to speed up when we bring on new team members which can be frustrating, but I feel like I have finally found a process and a system that works really well.
In this episode, I am sharing what this looks like for my team and what I recommend that you put into your onboarding process during the first 90 days.

- You don’t have to plan the onboarding process by yourself
- Don’t be afraid to ask the new hire what information will be helpful for them
- What you can include in a pre-boarding process

- How to make sure you are clearly communicating values and expectations

Of course, we want our new hires to get up to speed and feel valued as quickly as possible, but keep in mind that in order for someone to start truly contributing to your business, it takes about 90 days.
