Speaker 1:
When you have a challenge or a bootcamp, if you don’t have a VIP experience, you are leaving money on the table. My clients they say the recordings are temporary, they’re only there for the challenge and then the recordings go away unless you’re a VIP and you can have access to the recordings forever. I’ve also seen a good number of people have like VIP special sessions. So what they do for VIP access is right after that main live session, the VIP people get another link to zoom and it’s usually time with the owner, the creator of the business. Please offer your own VIP experience. If you’re doing a challenge or bootcamp, that is definitely a good way to break even and even make money on your ad spend. You haven’t even sold your main core offer yet and you’re already revenue positive. Welcome back to another funnel fix Friday. Hey there, I’m Quajo. If my voice is new to you, I am the new cohost kind of knew it’s already been two months now of the art of online business podcast and today, as you can see, youtube fam on the YouTube channel, we have the YouTube one K challenge. This is a review of a very successful challenge funnel. So, listener, if you have a challenge or a bootcamp, you’re going to want to go to the YouTube channel Link is in the podcast show notes and watch along, because I’m going to go through the opt-in for the challenge, the registration process, the upsells, the downsells and all the emails most of them that were sent out. So you have a lot to learn from this.
Speaker 1:
Funnel fix Friday. Let’s hop in. If you’re listening on the podcast, I’m looking at a registration page. It starts off with a nice red banner with some social proof saying where Sean Cannell, the owner of Think Media, has spoken I’m assuming. And then there’s a white banner and it says free five day YouTube, one K challenge with Sean Cannell and the Think Media team. And just to the right of that text there’s a nice red circle with Sean Cannell popping out of it and he has the platinum and the gold or the silver and the gold YouTube play buttons. First thing I like about this is that the social proof is there and the join here button is very. It’s in the middle of the screen. You don’t have to scroll down on a desktop and I’m assuming you don’t have to scroll down on a mobile device either. But then there’s a powerful like black band and it says right there what is it during this five day event. They go into the. You can read, and then who’s it for? And it says you are a creator, entrepreneur, business owner, stay at home, parent, ministry leader, real estate agent or someone who’s been thinking about starting a YouTube channel. Very clear. Who’s it for? When is it? October 23rd through 27th I’m recording this on the third, october 30th, by the way and then there’s a little cred to show that they do have 2.57 million subscribers on the Think Media channel.
Speaker 1:
You keep scrolling down the page and it’s Sean again and it says during this free challenge, you’ll learn. And it has a breakdown. And then there’s testimonial social proof saying what past challenge takers are saying this is really good. And then there’s another button that says take the YouTube 1K challenge. So I’m going to click on that button and a pop up window comes so they don’t have you navigate away from the page. This is quite cool. So if I shut that pop up window that I can put in my name and email, yeah, it just goes away. All right, and I go back to the registration page. So it says the pop up window like a light box window. You know where? It’s just the windows right there and the whole web page that I was looking at before fades to black. It says name, email and phone number, phone numbers optional and a red join the challenge today.
Speaker 1:
This is like going to be textbook master class what you can like, step by steps, that you can do for yourself to run a challenge. So on the thank you page, which is what we’re looking at now, it says in a red banner up top, congrats. Then it says make sure you go through the next three steps to complete your registration. Now here’s a teaching moment. You open a loop, so to speak, in somebody’s mind when you have them register for something. Now, on the thank you page, if you want to have like a welcome offer aka used to be known as tripwire then you in your header don’t want to close the loop and say you’re done now, that’s all Nope. You want to keep that loop open and then transition into what needs to happen down the page.
Speaker 1:
Now what you can see on the YouTube channel please come over to YouTube and watch and please subscribe to the art of online business, youtube channel. By the way, right here we have a set of arrows or chevrons going from left to right and they’re all black, except for the step two. So each of them says step one, step two, step three let me zoom in here and step two is red. So it’s clear that I’m on step two and there is something else to be done. Also, I kind of like this. It does say a little higher no purchases are necessary to participate in the free challenge. They are clearly communicating.
Speaker 1:
So there’s a video on this thank you page and then we see the first thing I like the ultimate YouTube starter kit for just $27. And this listener, this is if you have a challenge or bootcamp, please offer something that somebody can get right away. That’s jam pack, full of value, so that they can get to know your business, so they can get a quick win from the value that your business provides. Also so that you, if you’re using paid traffic hopefully you are using paid traffic then you can start to recoup, make back some of that ad money. So we see like a computer screen bundle here and it says everything that’s inside of this YouTube starter kit there’s a blueprint, there’s a 51 money making video ideas, create awesome thumbnails, and I don’t see social proof and you can see more of a description.
Speaker 1:
I’m scrolling down the page and they have like a book kind of thumbnail now of each course or thing that’s included in this YouTube starter kit and a blurb underneath Each thing and the value. Like don’t be afraid to say, like, oh, this starter kit includes the 15 best YouTube title formulas for getting views. And then in parentheses it says $97 value. And then there’s another one, youtube clarity blueprint and in parentheses, $97 value YouTube description template yeah, that’s a good one. In parentheses it says $47 value.
Speaker 1:
And so keep listening or watching, because I have all the emails open and I’m going to show you just how well put together this challenge experience is in a moment. I like how they Made a graphic of all of these testimonials and they’re just screenshots from inside of the Facebook group, I believe. And so there’s a button here that says there’s $529 value for just $27 when you purchase today, and this is the YouTube starter kit. And so you can click one button that says yes, I want in the starter kit special offer. No, no, thanks. Take me to the next step. So when I click yes, I want, in a little check out lightbox pops up and it’s $27 and I can put in my information and away. I Go so on to the next page and this one is clearly, clearly communicating with me because those four arrows that are lined up side by side from left to right. Now step three is highlighted in Red and it says interested in VIP choose yes or no to continue. And up at the very top of the screen, in bold header text, this is white text on a black background at top. At the top it says interested in more personalized attention from the think media team.
Speaker 1:
Another quick teaching moment. I have funnel fix clients that consult with me regularly about their funnels and I also have a service that’s an add-on to just regular Facebook ads management when I also help clients fix their funnels. That is to say, I see a lot of funnels, I see a lot, and when you have a challenge or a bootcamp, if you don’t have a VIP experience, you are leaving money on the table. Now you can do what you choose. My clients that have VIP Experiences they say the recordings are temporary, they’re only there for the challenge and then the recordings go away unless you’re VIP and you can have access to the recordings forever. I’ve also seen a good number of people have like VIP special sessions that are right after the main challenge live session, because you know, in a challenge or boot camp you go live daily or every other day. So what they do for VIP access is right after that main live session, the VIP people get another link to zoom and it’s usually time with the owner, the creator of the business, kind of a deeper dive experience where, because it’s a smaller, more intimate setting, they can dive into more customized, personalized questions and answers. And so as I’m scrolling down, scrolling down this page, I see that the VIP experience is $97. It gives you two buttons yes, I want this special VIP offer, no, thanks.
Speaker 1:
Take me to the last step and then here’s what’s included in this power packed VIP package Nice, printable. So there’s a one, two, three graphics that represent what’s included and then bold text under each Graphic and that bold text is black in all caps and then under that is a regular paragraph style text. That goes into a little more detail about the offer. But you get a printable action guide and there’s, like a notebook, graphics saying YouTube 1k challenge Exclusive live Q&A with Sean Kano and team, and there’s a laptop with a graphic on it. That’s a zoom like we all are familiar with.
Speaker 1:
Can I just say I’m not happy that the pandemic happened. But I am happy that now it’s not weird to work from home and that everybody kind of knows what zoom is. You know, exclusive VIP community page oh, exclusive VIP community, that is cool, okay, cool. And then there’s some social proof right here, screenshots pasted and one of them is kind of like pixelated, but I guess for me it says okay, it’s genuine, it’s authentic. You know, because this page looks super well put together. I personally like putting screenshots of testimonials on the page. You probably want to get permission from anyone’s who you put On the page. And then there’s a nice black section with white boxes and cool graphics and it says this is for you, f.
Speaker 1:
And then there’s a FAQ at the bottom. Here’s another little something you want to know. Faq I like to think of as FAO Frequently asked objections, and this is something I heard from Brittany McBean. She is a super good, she’s a famous copywriter. You’ve heard her on this podcast if you go back into podcast history. But she says Inside of a frequent FAQ section, don’t just have the questions. That and information Also you can have, like the frequently asked objections.
Speaker 1:
So, moving right along, when you click I want this special VIP offer, it pops up another light box $97 for the VIP experience. Please offer your own VIP experience. If you’re doing a challenge or bootcamp, that is definitely a good way to break even and even make money on your ad spend. You haven’t even sold your main core offer yet and you’re already revenue positive. So I went to the next screen and the final arrow, step four, is here and at the top it says you’re all set Fist pound emoji and a file work thing that in that hundred emoji too.
Speaker 1:
So, scrolling down, then the first button I see says join community group to access the challenge. I have reviewed so many challenge thank you pages where it’s not clear that somebody needs to click on that button and go into the challenge. So maybe you’ve had this struggle where you start your challenge and you’re like where are all my people? How come they’re not inside of the facebook group or the circle community or the slack channel, wherever you host your challenge? And it’s because you need to do a better job on the thank you page of making it super clear to get in the challenge.
Speaker 1:
But what you’re going to see in a moment as I dive into these emails, think media team and Sean cannell also using the emails to remind you when they go live and to remind you of the VIP offer and to get you into the challenge group, where they got All kinds of good stuff going on. So scrolling down the page, I see make sure you’re getting our emails. It’s a big old red button, a box, if you will, with text that shows you what to do. It says make sure it will join the challenge community. There’s another box that’s a white on the white background but it’s outlined in a thin black line. There’s another one that says get our texts when we go live and you can text challenge to a number. This is well put together.
Speaker 1:
So let me go to the first email. The first email that you see when you register is this one on the screen, this email. Look at the subject happening now with a lightning bolt congrats, you’ve accepted the challenge. And then Inside, what do I see? I see their logo, think Media, hi Quajo Text. And in the first step, boom, it’s a big ol’ red button Join the YouTube 1K Challenge community, alright. And then there’s more instructions as I scroll further into the email, again saying one, the bullet points Click here to join the Challenge community. Because it says here’s just above that, here’s what you need to participate in the challenge. Then it has the challenge schedule and then we’re so excited for you to join the team. Think you Think Media Cool? Alright, now, day one before they go live. Look at this email. There’s a red dot circle at the beginning. Clue they continue this email theme throughout the subject line theme. I should say throughout the rest of the challenge. So if you see the red circle you know they’re live. That is cool, because they do send other emails. But none of those other emails has red circle at the beginning of the subject line. So the subject line is live YouTube 1K Challenge has begun.
Speaker 1:
And then, as I scroll down the email, there’s a thumbnail there with a link and I’m assuming if I click that link I don’t want to mess up my recording, so, but I’m assuming if I click that this picture link, it goes straight into either the video session one or the group, but below that. So the link teases and says the ASQ method. It’s a thumbnail, basically a YouTube thumbnail use this simple and easy YouTube strategy that anyone can do to get a thousand subscribers and beyond. And it’s like Sean Cannell there and he has kind of this duh like he’s looking at the camera with his hand. Oh no, he’s not like that. He’s like think, think. He’s pointing on his head with his finger. Interestingly enough, in other countries I don’t hear the word thumbnail, I hear the equivalent of the word cover.
Speaker 1:
And then, hey, kwejo, are you ready to crush the YouTube 1K Challenge? There’s some text. They have the direct link. It says here’s the direct link, with an emoji hand pointing towards this blue text with an underline, like you’re used to seeing links, and even there’s another button at the bottom. And then way at the bottom after he says see you soon. There still is text that says in red text get the ultimate challenge experience with VIPs. I’ve heard this from clients before.
Speaker 1:
Kwejo, can I still invite people into the VIP community? You know, in the emails, even after they registered, absolutely, if they didn’t join first, ask them again. No, I’m sure you will see this in other emails. So that’s the live email. And the next email says ready for more? Day two of the YouTube 1K Challenge is starting soon. Think Media logo at the top of the email. Their branding is on point Right here.
Speaker 1:
We have testimonials, screenshots, but not of the program. They haven’t mentioned the core main offer yet. They have just taken screenshots of people who were excited to join. So I see killer, first day. Wow, they got screenshots from the first day so that if you’re opening up day two emails you’re like dang it, I missed it. I got to see day two and then another screenshot. Thank you so much for your time and effort today, sean and the Think Team. This session has been so valuable. All right, looking at the camera, if you’re on the YouTube channel you can see me.
Speaker 1:
I’m excited for this because what you do is inside of your community experience, wherever that is. You should have a welcome post. Okay, inside of your welcome code. I haven’t seen if Sean’s done this. I’ve done this for my own community back when I taught Chinese. I’ve seen people do this successfully for various communities of challenges and paid offers that I’ve participated in. You have a welcome post and on that welcome post it says you know good to see you excited. You’re here. Drop a comment, reply to this post saying like the one thing you’re super excited for, or why you joined this challenge or why you joined the boot camp, you know, and then people will tell you right there why they’re here, why they’re excited, which is good, because now you have testimonials that you can repurpose into emails to get people pumped who haven’t come in yet to come on in, and you can put it on your social medias, your Instagram stories, and it’s just a really cool technique, you know. So do that please, because it will help you build excitement around your challenge.
Speaker 1:
Going down in the email, we see a bunch of text you know. It says basically were you a part of the 2,000 viewers that joined us on the first day of the YouTube 1K Challenge? The energy was amazing. Blah, blah, blah. Day two starts in a few hours, at 10 am Pacific time, and they’ll be giving away their life changing signature course with lifetime access valued at $4,000. So it looks like they’ve given away their courses of prize and thus spreading awareness about the main offer.
Speaker 1:
There’s another cool graphic that says session two and a button that says click to watch session two. And guess what? At the bottom there’s another invite, the same recycled invite, saying get the ultimate challenge experience with VIP rocket emoji and then bullet points saying what is included in the VIP. There’s that graphic again zoom community. They must have taken the screenshot of everyone on zoom at a smiling moment. We told them to smile, but everybody is smiling and looking super happy and ding it out in the VIP session and we have more screenshot testimonials. This is cool, all right.
Speaker 1:
So here is the live email, now on the screen on our YouTube channel, and look how simple this is. First of all, there’s that subject line with the red circle and then live all caps Learn the best tips to take your channel to the next level. So this is training number two. And then it says hey, quaijo. Text. It has a fire emoji next to bold text that says click here to watch and then a link right To the whatever their yeah, a streaming link, and by streaming link I mean it’s a link that if you click on it you’ll see the live stream, and then a big red button that says click here to watch. Session two no VIP invite. These live emails don’t have the VIP invites, by the way.
Speaker 1:
Now we see day three and I’m going to skip through to the end now. I’ll just slide these up. If you were curious about the emails, I’m scrolling through them now. Day three is just. It’s littered with testimonials, screenshots. Again, it explains another prize they were giving a Sony ZV-E10 camera, which is the camera I used to record on. If you’re curious, link in the description below. And if you’re curious, what’s going on with my face? It’s getting. Oh, did I just hit the mic? Did that come through? Sorry, but it’s getting better.
Speaker 1:
I was in a bike accident about six weeks ago almost seven now, geez. I pretty much been laying in bed healing but I gassed my eyebrow open and fractured the floor of my eye socket. So basically, it’s like where your eye sits inside of your head, there’s bone under there and if you fracture the floor your eye could fall into wherever Touch your brain. I don’t know, but they fix that with titanium mesh inside underneath my eyeball. My eyeball is like titanium. Remember that CSL from back in the day? Alright and yeah, so lots of healing, but my face, thank God, is not as swollen now and I do have both of my eyes. All the injuries fractured nose, eyeball, gash, broken eye floor occurred around my eye, but nothing happened to my eye.
Speaker 1:
So that is this email. Oh, what was I saying? Yeah, if you want to know what gear I’m using or what books business books I’m using that have really helped my mindset, those links are in the podcast show notes or on my website called Tools of the Trade, that’s quajocom forward slash tools of the trade. You can find the link below. Here is the next live email for session three. It is a red dot and then live and it says the prize and it has session three right here.
Speaker 1:
I’m going to skip all the way to and, if you can hear this, you might hear crying downstairs. It’s not because my kids are home. They frequently do get home. Right here on my chest you can see an eyelash brow. See that it’s like somebody’s makeup and that would be my nanny’s makeup. I come downstairs today I’m like, how are you doing like normal? And she’s just like not doing good and I’m like, uh-oh, what’s wrong? And she just like starts breaking down. Well, her mom has cancer and has had cancer for a while, but her mom’s like in the ER and it’s my nanny’s like it’s terminal and it’s like I don’t have enough Spanish to like console her or even while I can pray in Spanish, but it’s like rudimentary, like Spanish, so I just like gave her a hug and I guess the reason I’m wanting to say this at this moment is that, like, if you have people on your team, make sure like it’s just my personal belief, but make sure like you support them when they’re sick, when family’s sick, like, give them the day off, let them go.
Speaker 1:
And like, be with their loved ones, let them heal up, take care of them, you know. And so, like I was telling Nancy, go. Like that’s my nanny’s name, I was saying go, go be with your family. Like my gosh, don’t be here. Like the food I can cook. And I just told her look, you have all today’s pay, all tomorrow’s pay. As long as you need to be with your family, go be with your mom, you know. So, just, I guess these moments, while unfortunate, remind me how precious life is, and it’s always just an opportunity to bless somebody when you can, especially the people who are closest to you, on your team, who are like fighting the good fight with you day in and day out as you grow.
Speaker 1:
Your online business. Public service announcement over so it looks like on day five is when they launch their core offer, and what you see on the screen here is the subject line in the email says today, learn how to actually make money using the VRA system. Now this email says hey, kwejo, look at you, go. You made it to day five of the YouTube 1K challenge. Your hard work is noticeable and it’s really paying off. They go down further into more testimonials and then, as you scroll down past even more testimonials, it says that you know we’ve been sharing the value and power of our signature course, video Ranking Academy, and they have a link to Video Ranking Academy. It says what they’re giving away, which, by the way, you don’t have to give away like an iPad. They’re not, and you don’t have to give away YouTube gear.
Speaker 1:
I think the key takeaway here is is give away things that are valuable to your audience. That makes sense. I always talk about starting a dog walking company or business and having a course that teaches that, but if you had a challenge for people who wanted to set up their first dog walking business and maybe you would give away like dog leashes or dog muzzles. I guess the people that walk dogs out here, outside of my house I live down in Mexico, by the way they don’t have muzzles on their dogs. Do dog walkers use muzzles? Just leave a comment in the comments below on YouTube. If you’re watching on YouTube, I’m curious, so we scroll down and it says watch session five and instead of now it’s day five, instead of at the bottom of the email inviting you into the VIP group.
Speaker 1:
What they do have is a last chance, limited time offer ends tonight at 11.59 pm, and I see like a course breakdown kind of graphic that has like Video Ranking Academy, youtube Roadmap Workshop. We have a bonus course we’re offering it’s what it says in bold black text Just for people who get into the program before tonight. So this is what we know in the online business world as a fast action bonus. Now, he actually says fast action, but he doesn’t call it a fast action bonus. He just says as an extra bonus for people who take a fast action, cool, great, just use language in your own challenge. That makes sense, because I think we are really close to online business world, so we kind of get this online business jargon and our listeners they don’t, so speak to them in a way they can understand, but basically as an incentive for somebody to join their core offer right away, there is a extra bonus.
Speaker 1:
Now I’ve seen it both ways you can discount or you can have a bonus Bonuses that are super valuable or harder to make. It’s easy just to give $200 off of your $1,000, $2,000 program. Remember, though whenever you discount, it kind of takes away from the intrinsic value of your program. That’s what I believe, at least. And when you add a bonus, that’s limited. If the bonus is juicy enough, it still will bring people to join your program or your offer. Now, what does juicy enough mean? It means that the bonus meets a very real problem that they have and it helps them get towards their goals either faster or more easily, right? So what is this extra bonus? Let’s break it down as an extra bonus. It’s I’m reading the text here for those who take fast action.
Speaker 1:
We wanted to give you video success secrets an online course featuring insights from renowned business and marketing experts like Alex Hormozzi, patrick Bett, david Jasmine Star, vanessa Lau, pat Flynn, shailene Johnson and others. It covers powerful video marketing and business growth strategies for YouTube and other platforms, with 34 video lessons, exclusive Q&A sessions and a downloadable guide. Now, where do they get this from? And here’s here’s a hack, because I’m going to set up a bonus for my course the lead gen cheat code too. They got this from. I believe it’s recordings from their live event, where they had that list of speakers speak and give workshops, so they are repurposing a live event.
Speaker 1:
The takeaway for you, listener, is that if you’ve done live consultations, troubleshooting. Actually, when I did the founding member launch for my course the lead gen cheat code founding member being the people who got in at the ground floor as I was developing the course I did live Q&A sessions with them and in those sessions I’ll probably take that and repurpose some of those, a part of those sessions, as a bonus or maybe a low ticket welcome offer, who knows, because what I heard from one of the members her name is Lizette. Thank you, lizette, by the way, for listening. She had said Kwejo, when you troubleshoot our ads, like in screen share, that is like the most helpful part of all of this live Q&A. And then everybody was like nodding their head and I was like, aha, all right, I just honestly, I really like enjoy just group settings and helping people out. I was not made for behind the screen life. Anyway, that’s their fast action bonus.
Speaker 1:
And then on the last day it says Kwejo ends tonight. There’s a big email open on this screen. They’re using my name in the subject line. So Kwejo, comma ends tonight. Instant is in caps and it has the grimace that’s my best emoji, grimace face and it says hey, kwejo. Okay, if you missed it, we have a really special announcement just for our challenge community as a thank you for spending five days with us, and we’re going to look at the sales page soon. I’m just telling you right now. If you stuck to the end, you will see their video ranking Academy sales page, but it says tonight is the last night to get access to your video success secrets bundle. So now we are on the sales page for their video ranking Academy.
Speaker 1:
It looks like they have a special offer. First of all, that ends. There’s a timer at the top of the screen counting down at the time of this video. It says two days left, and so the top of the screen is black. There’s white text in caps that says this special offer ends in two days and you can scroll down.
Speaker 1:
By the way, if you use timers like this, do it out of integrity. Have true deadlines. Use something that gives a true deadline. If, like you’re using Sam cart or Thrive cart, I can’t recall off the head if they have a deadline timer built in Thrive cart might have. So head over to my website, kwejocom slash tools of the trade and you can see what I use and what Rick uses in our business, and those are affiliate links. So if you decide to purchase one of the software, it’s the same price for you. They end up sharing some of the profit with us, which is how I support my business too.
Speaker 1:
And back to the sales page, you can see that it says join the YouTube course and coaching bundle Okay, cool. So if you join video ranking Academy and I’m scrolling down there is a welcome letter from Sean, I believe, and it’s saying hi and hello. There is also a red button that says click here to join video ranking Academy. Then we have a testimonial, a case study screenshot, with the guy who has a silver play button. I want one of those. So bad for a silver play button in YouTube land is 100,000 subs subscribers. Huge thanks to VRA, fam and Think Media for all your support. After one year in VRA, I hit my first 100,000 subs.
Speaker 1:
We got another section. Sean is in a big red circle and there’s big black text on the white background that says are you ready to make an impact and income creating videos on a topic you love? We get down to another like section of the page. It’s like a black section but it’s kind of like somewhat semi-transparent, overlaid over Sean. It’s his YouTube studio behind it and it says don’t miss out. So they got 12 monthly payments, I believe, of $97 and they have a single payment option. Yeah, 12 payments of $97 to make it accessible and single payment option of $997. And getting my calculator, 97 times 12. Is $1,164. So if you take $997 and you divide that by $1,164, you get 85. So 15%. So there’s a 15% markup. If you take the monthly payment plan, which is normal, you can do like 8 to 10 to 15% markup, and you probably should, because your business is assuming more risk as you collect payment plans over the future months, because life happens and we don’t end up collecting all those payment plans, you know.
Speaker 1:
So make sure that your business is just financially sound. That’s my heart and I want to share that to you. Make sure your business is financially sound, of course, if you decide that you want to do I forget the name for it, but where the monthly payment plans are the same exact amount as if somebody pays in full, because I’ve heard people saying they want to do that Because of their values. They want to make it accessible to everyone. Then do that, and do it with conviction and just like if you took some of your profits and gave it to like a worthwhile charity. You do that because you believe in the cause, right. And so if you just have monthly payments that are the same exact total as the pay in full, you do that because you truly believe that everyone should have the same amount of access, or your program should be as accessible as possible to everyone equally. So own your belief and just do it, okay, cool.
Speaker 1:
So just scrolling down the page, I’m seeing more, lots more, and these are not testimonials. Testimonials are yes, I’m excited. This is awesome. The creator teaches really well. Case studies are I joined the thing Like. I paid so much money and then I made about 25,000 in the first year on YouTube. I’m reading it right now. And another one says this is literally the direct result of VRA implementing and they have 10,625 subscribers. Case studies are somebody joined your program, your offer, and actually made progress, monetary progress. More people joined their course. What have you? I like case studies.
Speaker 1:
I see a guarantee. This guarantee says try it out, 100% risk-free, no questions asked. 30-day money back guarantee. If you’re not happy, just tell us within 30 days so you can do a guarantee like that. Or you can do the no guarantee guarantee, which is saying this is so good and so many people have come through this offer that I know if you do it you will, whatever the promise is, make the money, grow the followers, you know, grow the business, start the dog walking business. So there is no guarantee. Or you can have like a conditions-based guarantee that’s my favorite personally which is like 90-day guarantee.
Speaker 1:
You do the work and show me you don’t have the results and I’ll give you all your investment back. And then you just outline what is the work. Oh, attend X number of live calls, do the module homework, print out and show you filled out your homework. You know, show you actually doing what we said. So is V? I’m scrolling down the page. It says is VRA right for your niche? This is just an objection. Ah, your course is awesome, but I’m such and such really obscure niche so I’m not sure it’s for me. So you should answer this question on your sales page. And then it has a bunch of different niches with testimonials of somebody from each niche, I guess. Oh no, it doesn’t? It just has a bunch of different YouTube channel screenshots and different niches, and I guess these are all the people who have had success Scrolling down.
Speaker 1:
There’s an overview of Video Ranking Academy and we’re going to finish up here. It says what you’re going to learn and it has one, two, three, four, so two rows. Each has four blurbs, an icon followed by bold text, followed by not more than four lines of paragraph size text, so they are not going into crazy detail. That’s like 14 page lengths. I’ve seen it before. I’ve seen it before of the outline of the course. Don’t do that on your sales page. Do outline what people are going to learn. But look how artfully this is explained and it does capture the value of what people will learn. Does it go through and read like a course syllabus in university? No, it does not.
Speaker 1:
And that is cool Timer on red background saying special bundle is only available for two days and 10 minutes more. And then instant bonuses on a white background. We got graphics that represent these bonuses, plus text that explain the three bonuses. And then there’s a monthly group coaching calls. It has like the strike through value, and then it says free. And then there’s camera confidence. That’s the fifth, there’s so many bonus bonus seven bonus eight, wow, cool, single pay bonus even. It’s like, if you do single pay, then you, if you do full pay, the pay in full option, the PIF option, then you get this bonus.
Speaker 1:
Personal branding masterclass they have thought of it all. I mean, vra Video Ranking Academy was good back when I got it, but I guess I should have like asked for an affiliate link before making this video. But I just wanted to bring a value to you to help you review a challenge funnel. If you’re looking on the YouTube channel, I’m just scrolling through the page because I want to finish this podcast episode. So now I’m down in the FAQ section and I’m just clicking and opening up FAQs.
Speaker 1:
So if you are like me and you are improving your course or like planning out a challenge or something, don’t copy out of integrity. Do not copy. But you can definitely use this for inspiration, you know. But do not go and copy word for word, like don’t go and just rip off other people’s material. That’s not cool. What is cool is gaining inspiration and being like oh, they structured theirs like this. They use this kind of wording. I can take that and customize it and reword it, so it makes sense for my own offer, but do it in a smart way.
Speaker 1:
Don’t be that person that just goes and copies somebody’s course or sales mechanism and then they complain about you to all the people that trust and love and like them inside of their mastermind that they’re in. I could say this because I’ve seen it happen and, honestly, when other course creators get their course or like their launch or whatever just ripped off by somebody else who just is too lazy, honestly, to go and use a bit of creativity to research their I’m not even going to preach. Don’t do that. I know you’re not the person who would do that because you’re listening to the art of online business podcast or watching the art of online business YouTube channel. I hope this has been super helpful for you.
Speaker 1:
If you’re watching on YouTube, please leave a comment and tell me the part of these funnel fix Fridays that you have enjoyed the most. And if you’re only listening on the podcast, keep on listening.
