Speaker 1:
Welcome back and on this episode of the Art of Online Business podcast with Jamie, my co-host, hello Right, three-month co-host, 15-year-old wife. Right, that is true.
Speaker 2:
Yes.
Speaker 1:
We are listening to Mindy Huebner, she’s back. And when we say she’s back, that’s because we just had a great episode where she talked about her. Well, she gave us snapshots of her business journey and really we dove into the things that she specializes in mindset mastery. She normally coaches. Well, she is an intuitive mindset mastery coach and a certified NLP practitioner, which we just found out was neuro-linguistic. What was the P?
Speaker 1:
Programming Programming Neuro-linguistic programming and she’s also a clinical hypnotherapist. Mindy serves high achieving women. She knows that rewiring your brain is the key to creating a soul, aligned business and extraordinary life, and actually her number one mission is helping high achieving women, like I touched on before, to release the limiting beliefs that keep them in the sneaky cycle of self-sabotage so they can embody their favorite versions of themselves. And I enjoyed hanging out with you, mindy, before, because you taught me so much. I was taking notes as I was trying to keep engaged in the conversation but also simultaneously trying not to let some of these really good new pieces of information just like float through my mind. I needed to capture them in my Google Doc, and something that I really took from the last episode was that I am blank. And then you said Mindy, think about what we put after those two words, because we always like work. Our subconscious works to fulfill that.
Speaker 2:
Prove it, to prove it.
Speaker 1:
That’s really cool and then you said Jamie, no matter what we think, we’re always right. So, Mindy, thank you for being back again to teach us and have a discussion with us on the seven keys. It was called the seven keys to success, but it’s the seven keys to getting all the core cells you want, which is success for many of our listeners.
Speaker 3:
Yes, Knowing that these keys can be applied to any outcome that you want to create. I call them 24 karat outcomes because we’re in our 24-carat era and loving 24-carat success. So these seven keys you can apply to anything.
Speaker 1:
I have an incomplete song playing in my head about 24-carat diamonds everywhere. Is that what it is, bruno Mars?
Speaker 2:
Maybe 24-carat, magic. Ah, that one, yeah, that one.
Speaker 1:
Quit singing before we get copyrighted. You’re too good. You’re too good. You’re going to think that we played that song in the background, Jamie.
Speaker 2:
Everyone else was going to start singing it, right? If you’re listening right now, I’m sure you would like it.
Speaker 1:
Please leave a comment on the YouTube video if you started singing this too.
Speaker 3:
You’re like.
Speaker 1:
YouTube. You have a YouTube channel yes, we do. The link is in the show notes below on whatever audio platform, be it Apple Podcasts or Spotify, that you’re listening on. Okay, now for real, let’s jump into this. Seven keys, Mindy, you’re for real. Seven keys that you can apply to any outcome that you want.
Speaker 3:
Yes, and here’s the beauty. So I’ll tell you all the keys and then we’ll go dive into each key separately. What happens with the keys is you’ll start using them subconsciously. It’s like learning a song. You read the words at first, you need to look down, check your notes all the time and pretty soon you’re just automatically using the keys to yourself with whatever it is that you’re choosing to achieve.
Speaker 1:
What is it about these seven keys that somebody’s lacking if they don’t have the core cells or coaching number of coaching clients or any business metric that they’re really going for?
Speaker 3:
Two things clear intentional direction. Crystal clear and aligning it with your subconscious.
Speaker 1:
Aligning it with my subconscious.
Speaker 3:
Yes, because so many of us set goals and your conscious brain is the goal setter, but your subconscious brain is the goal getter.
Speaker 1:
So are we aligning them with our subconscious or aligning our subconscious with the goals?
Speaker 3:
We’re aligning our conscious and subconscious, we are aligning the two minds so that we’re not just trying to 5% muscle. We’re now right. Think ant and elephant, which is a book about your conscious and subconscious. So ant is the 5% we’re trying to tell the elephant, 5% is trying to tell the 95% what to do. It just doesn’t work that way. I mean, you can muscle, we’ve talked about that. You can muscle, it’s not sustainable.
Speaker 3:
It’s not that fun either to constantly be uphill, battling and pushing and striving as opposed to thriving. So this will put a whole lot more ease. I’m not saying easy, I’m saying put more ease into the things that you want to achieve.
Speaker 1:
Okay, less struggle for what I want to achieve. I’m in.
Speaker 2:
I’ve bought in. Can you say that one more time? Your conscience?
Speaker 3:
is the goal setter, yep, and your subconscious is the goal getter.
Speaker 2:
I like that and it has a little rhyme. That’s nice.
Speaker 3:
Yeah.
Speaker 2:
So let’s jump in.
Speaker 3:
Let’s jump in on the seven keys. So the first key is know what you want. The second key is take aligned action. The third key is check the data. So many of us don’t like the third key. We skip over it, which is part of the problem. The fourth key is being willing to change. The fifth key is excellence and there’s a way deeper definition of that. The sixth key is gratitude and the seventh key is alignment. So those are the seven keys. Let’s start with number one know what you want.
Speaker 3:
Know what you want so clearly you can dive into a swimming pool of it. You can see it, you can hear it, you can taste it, you can smell it. Here we are locking in our subconscious immediately from the get-go. So when we’re thinking about what we want, this is the perfect time to ask why? Why do I want to sell as many courses as I want to? Let’s put a number on that, like do I want to sell five a day? How many?
Speaker 1:
Three a day.
Speaker 3:
Okay, so what do I want? I want to sell three courses a day. Why, why do I want to sell three courses a day?
Speaker 1:
When my kids ask why, I just tell them because I said so.
Speaker 3:
Okay. Well, this is when we’re asking why, in the direction of our dreams, schemes, goals, plans, purposes, desires? This is an excellent question to ask. We want to get seven wise, deep at this, know what we want. So why do I want to sell three courses a day? Well, because three courses a day would tell me it’s on autopilot, like there’s some ease in that. Well, why is it important to have the ease of three courses a day and having it on autopilot? Well, then I can go and create some other things, while this is bringing in some passive income. Well, why is that important?
Speaker 1:
Mindy, I feel like you should just ask Jamie why? Because I can just put the co-host on the spot right there.
Speaker 2:
Let’s see what happens when we get to like six slides deep, all right, okay, am I supposed to be answering this? Yeah, you’re the hot seat.
Speaker 1:
I want to see this in action and because secretly, like Jamie’s the person that actually gets a lot of the stuff done in the business, so this will be good.
Speaker 3:
So are you wanting to sell three courses a day, Jamie? Is that a yeah?
Speaker 2:
Yeah, okay, why? Because we want another revenue stream. That would mean, basically, we want the business to be more like a four-legged chair right and not so heavy on relying on ads clients right Sure we’re happy to serve our ads clients, but we want to have other revenue streams, right. Why so? Having that passive income as a very stable leg in our chair of our business would be awesome. So the next why?
Speaker 3:
Yeah, why, why, why do you want to create that stable leg and not be heavy on the ads?
Speaker 2:
Why? Because it takes away stress, it takes away the. Because it takes away stress, it takes away the I don’t know just a lot of the time that goes into serving clients.
Speaker 3:
Okay, and so more time? Yeah, more time. Why is more time and less stress important? Why is more time and less stress important?
Speaker 2:
Because then you have more time to spend with your family, do the things that you know for my husband. I see him like he loves riding his bike, like I would love to see him be able to go take a bike ride in the middle of the day whenever you want, and and be able to, yeah, just have more of the time and the space to dedicate to language learning or some of like some of these other things that we want to do.
Speaker 3:
So we just went six wise deep there and ultimately, I mean the seventh why that I’m hearing is because, because we create businesses to have freedom. We create businesses to have location freedom, to have time freedom, to have financial freedom, like most of us. This is why we create a business, ultimately, is is to experience this freedom. So you just went seven wise deep, for all intents and purposes, right.
Speaker 3:
Notice that three selling three courses, when we got to the crux of it was all about like living the life that you want. If we don’t go deep enough, right, if it’s not compelling enough, we won’t show up and take action. So that’s why it’s so vital to go those seven whys deep when we’re talking about what we want, when we’re creating a 24 karat outcome, because now we can dive into a swimming pool of it, because now you can see it, hear it, feel it, taste it, smell it. You can see the three little things that go ching, ching, ching, that you sold three courses. And you can hear Quajo say I’m going to go ride my bike because we made some money.
Speaker 3:
You can dive into a swimming pool of not only the outcome of not only being the woman who sells three courses on autopilot like that, the outcome of having the sales. The magic is in becoming the woman who and leaning into. Well, you know, let’s go to the next step then, taking aligned action. So we know what we want, we know so clearly we can dive into a swimming pool of it. I call this the immersion method. We see it, we hear it, we feel it, we taste it, we smell it.
Speaker 2:
Right, because a lot of people like is this are people doing like vision boards and stuff like that in this first step? Is that valid or are you just like just get clear on your wise?
Speaker 3:
Both and you can absolutely, as you’re getting clear on your why call it in. Call it in and this is at the end. I’m going to give you a simple resource to create mental rehearsal. It’s a guided meditation to help you do just this. The key is the well-formed outcome, the selling, the three courses every day on autopilot. We have to know where we want to go in order to figure out how to get there right, even mentally, emotionally. We want to know how to align our subconscious. So know what you want. The second key is to take action. Now, this action is aligned action. We’re not just throw spaghetti at the wall, although we can start there if that’s where you’re at right. It’s taking aligned action because there’s more ease in taking aligned action than just taking constant action in every direction. And so know what you want, take action and then check the data. This is the one that people don’t like. Here’s why Because the data we make data, mean something about us as a human and about our value and our worth.
Speaker 3:
When the data actually says this was a good idea, this could be a better idea, this idea deserves a pivot right, or this was a good plan we could turn left now, or let’s create a new map to what we want to get to. The data never says you’re a garbage human, like it never says that. And yet that’s what we make it mean something about us Failure the data not reflecting that we’ve hit a home run. We make that mean that we’re a failure. We take it in internally, as opposed to the plan failed, the steps failed, the marketing maybe failed, the this failed, the that failed. So know what you want, take action, check the data.
Speaker 3:
Now, this fourth key is vital to that, to all of those. It’s essential Be willing to change. If you say you know what you want and you take action, or you think you’re taking action and you get to the check the data and the data says you didn’t do anything, you didn’t take any action, go back to knowing what you want, because maybe you didn’t go deep enough, maybe you set somebody else’s outcome for yourself. So then, once you check the data, when you get to key number four being willing to change are you willing to change a belief, are you willing to change a circumstance, are you willing to change your relationship and this isn’t necessarily a relationship with another human, although it could be. This could be our relationship with time, our relationship with money, our relationship with achievement, our relationship with productivity, like so many things which we know from the last episode, relationship is mindset. Like what are we believing about it? Right, so being willing to change?
Speaker 3:
If you’re not willing to change, it’s time to go back to number one, because you sold yourself a bridge, right. Like you, you didn’t actually want this thing. If you’re not willing to change, you’re, you’re out of alignment with yourself. So it’s time to see what limiting belief is in the way. Or see where you told yourself a story that other people want to hear. So it’s time to see what limiting belief is in the way. Or see where you told yourself a story that other people want to hear and it wasn’t actually what you want for yourself especially in business right.
Speaker 3:
10k months, six figure launches, those types of things right, we hear those numbers all the time, so we can, as entrepreneurs, then set goals based on those things without really diving into. Okay, am I willing to do what it takes to get that and be at peace with what it’s going to take from me, the sacrifices I’m going to make? Or am I willing to put X amount of effort in and be at peace with the results it gives me, even if it doesn’t get me all the way to that thing?
Speaker 3:
So we get to really check, like where is this outcome coming from, where is this goal coming from, Like is this truly ours? Do we really want this?
Speaker 1:
Yeah, I’m gonna go ahead and say on behalf of the listener we’re gonna need you to say that again, sure, because I’m looking to go ahead and say, on behalf of the listener we’re going to need you to say that again, sure, because I’m looking at my list and I need to hear that again. Yeah, from the part where you said being willing to change is key number four. And if we’re not willing to change, then it’s time to go back to number one, because you’ve told yourself a story, maybe what other people wanted to hear, but it wasn’t something you want for yourself.
Speaker 3:
You are and it could be. There is a limiting belief, because limiting beliefs are, they masquerade as protections, protecting you from actually taking the action to get there. So this is where we talked about oh I think we did this before we came on camera though the known right. And so you’re in the known zone, you know who to be, you know how to be the human who does X, y, z, and so stepping out of that known zone into the unknown for some of us we won’t until the pain of the known is more than the pain of the unknown. And so we just get to revisit number one. We just get to revisit know what you want, and we get to ask ourselves some more questions about why do I want this? What will having this do for me? Why is that important to me? Why is that important to me so that we can really get to the bottom of it.
Speaker 2:
Otherwise, yeah, would you say so, Cause there’s a lot of people that I think most entrepreneurs in in their journey have kind of like that low point where they’re sort of ready to throw in the towel, so to speak, and they’re like this is just too hard, or whatever. It sounds like they’re kind of at this number four where something needs to change. And is that, like, what would you say to that person who’s like you know, either this just isn’t working or maybe I need to do something else, like they’re, they’re thinking about like do I just stop and pivot? Or what would you say to that person at this point in their journey?
Speaker 3:
Yeah, I would definitely want to know what story they’re telling themselves about what they deserve and what they get to achieve, cause this could be a huge block causing them to self-sabotage through perfectionism, through like so many things. Right, we think perfect. Well, those of us I’m a recovering perfectionist myself we think that perfectionism keeps us from failure, keeps us from being judged, keeps us from all these things. The only thing it keeps us from is success, because we keep working on it and keep working on it, or we don’t put it out because it’s not perfect.
Speaker 3:
Or right, we tell all these stories about it. And neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to adapt and change. The neurons that fire together, wire together. This is Havian. And so we get to tell a new story and practice showing up in the new story, it’s okay.
Speaker 3:
If you can’t believe yet that you can have a successful business, okay, how about I’m the human who can do the research and figure out first steps that could take me to a successful business? This is what I call alchemized affirmations. We can stair-step these affirmations to get our brain on board so that our filter is then deleting, distorting and generalizing, based on the belief that, well, I am capable of doing the research, I am capable of creating a plan and testing it, because I’ve done those things in my life already. I’ve researched things that I’ve wanted, even if it has nothing to do with business. Right, like I’ve created a plan and tested it, even if it has nothing to do with business. I’ve created a to-do list, I’ve packed for a trip, I’ve made a new recipe. We have all this proof. We just don’t equate it with each other and you get to.
Speaker 1:
Yay.
Speaker 2:
That’s good, I think oh go ahead.
Speaker 1:
No, I was going to make a hard, quick cut to your resource that you have Because it seems like a good time before we continue on the keys. Stop sabotaging your 24 karat success. I’m looking at it right now on the screen and the listener can go down into the show notes below. But can you tell us a bit about it and like yes, why do they need this? Because I’m looking at it and it looks pretty dang good Well thank you.
Speaker 3:
This is we call it a mental rehearsal, and it is a brain priming guided meditation. So your brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined. I’m going to say that again. Your brain does not know the difference between real and imagined. Again, your brain does not know the difference between real and imagined. So when you imagine yourself successful, when you imagine yourself being the course creator who sells three courses on autopilot every day, your brain doesn’t know that’s not real. So when you dive into a swimming pool, you see it, you hear it, you taste it, you feel it internally and you feel it externally. You’re aligning your conscious with your subconscious and now you’re mentally rehearsing. And that’s what this guided meditation is all about. It’s visualization on steroids, I like to call it, and this is science backed. Top Olympic athletes, top musicians, use mental rehearsal. There’s tons of studies where people have learned to play the piano without ever touching the keys because they’ve mentally rehearsed it in their head.
Speaker 1:
Wow, True thoughts Michael.
Speaker 3:
Phelps.
Speaker 1:
Yeah, I read about this.
Speaker 3:
Yes, Exactly, Michael Phelps uses mental rehearsal. Any gold medal level Olympic, all Olympic athletes, like any top achiever, like that using mental rehearsal. There’s a couple of reasons. One, we’re starting to create that new reality for ourself because the brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined right. So we’re firing those new neural pathways up to stick to each other right In really lay terms, pathways up to stick to each other right In really lay terms. And when it comes time to show up, to create the emails, to sell it on autopilot, to create the course to do the things, to market the course to create the messaging, we’ve already done it in our brain. And so we’re like, oh, your brain’s like, hey, you’ve been here, we got this.
Speaker 3:
Like there’s more ease in it because the brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined.
Speaker 1:
Wow.
Speaker 2:
Wow.
Speaker 1:
Wow this is good.
Speaker 2:
That’s cool. I’m selfishly thinking.
Speaker 1:
I might learn bachata now. If I can just mentally rehearse, I can watch like the lessons. No, for real, I’m like, because I haven’t been able to, I got to become a bachata star. I really want to actually though I’m being quite serious, it is something he mentions frequently, yeah, and I have done very little for off camera. You can test the theory.
Speaker 3:
then you can test the theory.
Speaker 1:
I think, I need to so number five, six and seven.
Speaker 3:
Yeah, okay. So let’s just recap Know what you want, take Number five, six and seven yeah, okay. So let’s just recap Know what you want, take action, check the data, be willing to change. Five is excellence. For me, that looks like joy and ease. This is your version of excellence, not to be confused with perfection or comparison. That’s not what’s happening here. Again, like I said, for me it’s joy and ease because remember what your RAS is doing. It’s bringing you what you anticipate and expect, and so if I anticipate and expect that my level of excellence is having joy and ease in what I’m doing, I am going to find a whole lot more joy and a whole lot more ease than otherwise so this is your personal best, I know I am at my personal best.
Speaker 3:
When there’s joy and ease happening, does it mean everything’s easy? No, and does it mean everything is a joyful party? No. However, I am finding like, consistently, the universe is bringing me proof of these things happening, because I believe that they will happen. I believe that that is my version of excellence. So that’s five.
Speaker 3:
Six is gratitude, and this is just a foundation. You know, when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change To quote Dr Wayne Dyer, like this isn’t about spiritually bypassing. This is not being grateful for a horrific situation. We’re not talking about that. We’re just talking about, like, foundational gratitude for the earth, for yourself, for you know, the clean water that you’re drinking, like just that basic level of gratitude will, will and I know you know that already like you’re clearly living from a space of that of foundational gratitude. And so that’s six.
Speaker 3:
Number seven is alignment. What’s that? Yeah, I said in the beginning, remember like you would use all the keys, you would start to use them and then you wouldn’t even need to look at them. Well, here’s the other thing that happens with them While we’re going through them, one at a time, right now, you’re going to be bouncing around and you might not go back to know what you want for a while. Because you know what you want, you’re taking action. You’re checking the data. The data is like, yeah, so you’re taking more action. And then you’re like, oh, am I showing up in excellence here? Yeah, oh. And gratitude, oh, yeah. Okay, take some more action, check some more data. Right, oh, the data says we could make a tweak. Oh, willing to change? Yep, check, let’s change that relationship with that thing. You’re bouncing around on them. So alignment looks like this when you have decided that there’s an outcome that you want and you go to lean into it and it feels like a six, seven or an eight because you’re pushing your known zone right, you’re like, woo, taking action, and this is like a six, seven or an eight. This is you moving into alignment. You are pushing your known zone and you are moving into alignment with this next level of identity. You’re expanding your identity, you’re expanding your known zone. Keep going Six, seven, eight, keep going, keep taking the aligned action, keep checking the data, keep casting those votes, more often than not, towards the outcome that you’ve said you wanted.
Speaker 3:
If you’re at a nine or a 10,. This is the perfect opportunity to take a step back and ask yourself a couple of questions. Do I truly know what I want? Is this really me, or am I showing up so incongruently to my core beliefs that I need to take a step back? So let’s say you know what you want is selling the three courses on autopilot right on. Is selling the three courses on autopilot right?
Speaker 3:
And you’ve been taking action that’s like super, not even out of your comfort zone, just out of your core value, like something you would never do, jamie right. Like sleazy persuasive marketing and gross scarcity tactics and just like all the awful marketing things that we hate. And so you get down to alignment and you’re like you’re just completely dysregulated because you’re at a nine or a 10. You get to check in and go, oh okay, well, I do really want this thing, but the action I’m taking is completely out of alignment with who I am as a human. So do I want to change my core values or do I want to change the action that I’m taking?
Speaker 3:
That’s a great test, because most times we’re six, seven, eight. Now, if it’s lower than that, we’re not even having this conversation. You’re right, you’re in alignment already, like you’re, you’re. I love this, the push, because then you’re moving into alignment with that next level version of yourself. You know that the goal you set is a stretch enough for you that you’re going to experience that growth. You’re not going to be who you were, because being that version of you won’t get you to where you want to go. It requires this involvement of you.
Speaker 1:
Okay, one is in alignment. Ten is out.
Speaker 3:
Oh yeah, one is easy. One is I don’t even know if you’re actually doing anything against your like you’re just showing up for what you already know how to do.
Speaker 3:
Okay, 7, 8, 9 is when you have set an outcome that you are stepping into, that you are creating new neural pathways, you’re expanding your identity to have this next level of whatever it is that you want. Like, one through six is is it’s easy? You like you went from working out four days a week to five and like there was no. It’s in your identity to be someone who works out. So it wasn’t. You pretended like this was a big deal, right. You were like, oh, I’m going to add one more day, but it’s so ingrained in you that it wasn’t even. There wasn’t even any resistance.
Speaker 3:
Because this, this is resistance. When you, when you get to the alignment section, when you’re feeling resistance about this thing that you’ve said you want. That’s why we want to check Is it a six, seven or eight? That resistance is telling you you’re moving into alignment If it’s a nine or a 10, that that resistance is telling you you’re moving into alignment If it’s a nine or a 10, that resistance is asking you to check in with yourself about who you’re being and how you’re showing up.
Speaker 1:
Gotcha. All right, I think I missed the resistance part. At first I wasn’t tracking. There’s a resistance scale of one to 10, 10 being a lot of resistance. Seven through nine is kind of the sweet spot where we’re stepping into an outcome.
Speaker 3:
Six, seven, eight. Like six, seven, eight is the sweet spot, right Like here. Nine is questionable. Nine and 10 levels of resistance, like you know you, and so you decide. Are you telling yourself a story? Is it really a nine or a 10? Are you pushing against your known zone so much and it’s making you extremely uncomfortable, like that rubber band? This is when you get to ask yourself what story am I telling myself about?
Speaker 3:
who I get to be about what I deserve. We can get really caught up in the shiny thing and start taking action that we don’t actually want to take, because it’s not that it’s hard, it’s that we’s a. We don’t believe in it, it’s against us. And again, here we are muscling. We’ll do it for a little bit.
Speaker 2:
It’s not sustainable though Right Right, I would love to share a converse view with that.
Speaker 3:
So I have a client seven figure earner. Before she hit seven figures, she was stopping herself because she had decided that hitting seven figures, being a seven figure earner, meant she had to be like the other seven figure earners and do the things that they did. She didn’t want that. That was out of alignment with who she was. So instead of going, oh well, then I could just do other, I can be me and be a seven figure earner. There was a limiting belief in there that in order to hit seven figures, you had to do it exactly that way. That’s not true.
Speaker 3:
You don’t have to give up your time. You don’t have to give up you know the things that she didn’t want to give up, kind of thing. The moment we made that switch for her, we rewired that boom seven figures, wow that’s good, there’s.
Speaker 2:
I’m going to insert a another book that I’m reading right now, called we should all be millionaires by rachel rogers.
Speaker 3:
Rachel rogers, yeah, have you read that one?
Speaker 2:
I have, yes, yes, very good and, I think, for your listeners and your audience as well. Would would like that book because it’s yeah very, very good.
Speaker 3:
Yeah, she’s excellent. I’ve seen her speak, not live, but I’ve seen her speak as well, so good okay, cool, I feel like I’m processing a lot my brain feels full.
Speaker 1:
My brain’s pushing back, trying to make some new okay so so for the listener that’s like processing too now, because like we’ve kind of went back and forth on some of these points and asked some questions like what’s the next step? For the listener, that’s kind of processing this too, like where can they find out more about you and hear more from you?
Speaker 3:
yes, yes, absolutely well, definitely grab the free resource. Uh, because that’s gonna’s going to give them access into my community immediately. And I’m on Instagram. I’m all over the socials, but Instagram is the place where I love to chat it up in the DMs and do all that fun kind of stuff. That’s where I like to hang out and I would really, as they’re processing, as you’re processing, I’ll talk directly to the listener as you’re processing.
Speaker 3:
Ask yourself like who am I being, who do I want to be? This is a beautiful litmus test. All the time, and not with shame or guilt or judgment, with curiosity. Who am I being? Who do I want to be? Am I being the person who sells three courses on autopilot every single day? If the answer is no, that’s okay. There’s no shame or guilt in that it’s okay. What’s stopping me from being that person? And am I ready to be that person right now? Or do I need a nap or Snickers or some encouragement, or, and then I’ll be that person, and then, and then I’ll, I’ll, I’ll think about taking more steps in the direction of being that person, cause I’ll feel, you know, more regulated or whatever. That is Like it. It it’s a long game. It’s a long game. This is the work that you never get done. I’m sorry to tell everyone. I’m not sorry, sorry, not sorry. This is the beautiful hard work of evolving and consistently stepping into being the human who, wow.
Speaker 1:
Okay, very good Thank you, Mindy yeah. Thank you so much. Please, listener, go down into the show notes below and click through the Get that resource. This for me has been quite a powerful episode, and I gave that by just how much my brain is thinking about what I’ve just heard and wanting to go back and look at the notes.
Speaker 1:
I’ve been taking notes throughout because I kind of like, just go blank and I’m not actually, I’m just typing. Yeah, frantically typing, and yeah, thank you. I just want to honor you for being here, mindy, and sharing this with us.
Speaker 3:
Yeah, it’s been a privilege. I am absolutely obsessed with helping people rewire their brains so that they can have the business and life that they desire, so thank you.
Speaker 1:
We can see that. Jamie brought it to my attention before we close out this episode. The listener might be like what are you talking about? Selling three courses a day? And we would be referring to the Facebook and Instagram ads cheat code where you can learn and implement our repeatable system that we do every day, all day, on behalf of our clients that can cut your lead costs in half and start getting leads that convert. That’s the lead, or that’s the Facebook and Instagram ads cheat code, and that link is in the show notes below. With that, thanks again, mindy, for being here, and we will sign off until the next time that you see us or hear from us. Take care, be blessed and we’ll see you in the next one. Bye.
